This book was absolutely adorable! I loved how the characters were described in this book. Each having their own personalities and also being distinct enough apart from each other so the reader is able to differenciate between various side characters throughout the story. This book has a particularly large cast of characters so I was glad that they all didn't sound or act the same.
I also really enjoyed the topic of grief and how it was presented throughout the story. It felt realistic and I feel as though I and others who've experienced loss before can find help and solace through Meredith's journey into finding her peace and coming into her own as a young adult.

absolutely loved, predictable but interesting enough that i forgot my predictions by the time i got to the reveal. enjoyed the prioritization of character development and how well it was married with the love story, overall a great read & could definitely see myself reading more than once. it did lack anticipation & build up but i wasn’t too mad about that. sometimes people just know, i’ve seen it happen & it made sense for the characters imo
