It was alright, I liked how fun and chaotic it was, but it isn't really that easy to latch onto as a story, there's a difference between a story with chaos and a story with so much chaos that it's actually kind of hard to tell what the plot is other than "let's go here next!" Reads kind of like a dungeons and dragons campaign

Ok this makes no sense. A lot of it is just aimlessly fumbling around but that is kind of the point. Very much tongue in cheek. read in one sitting which gave me a headache.

It's ridiculous.
It's fun.
It's not brilliantly drawn, nor did it need to be.
It's a breath of fresh air.
It pokes fun at all the "my dear, you cahn't be admitted to the Club" and about twenty other standard tropes of Regency vampire stories.

The psychic eagle comes a tad too close to Marvin the Paranoid Android, but it's OK.
The various sexual attractions, such as they are, are amusing.

Read this after or before a heavier novel.

A chaotically and hilariously funny read with a cast of flamboyant disasters.
