One thing Tia Williams will do is write an unorthodox love story and this one may be my favorite!
A 28-year old quirky, vintage loving Ricki Wilde knows there’s more to life then (trying) to walk in her Fathers footsteps of managing his prestige funeral home franchise. Instead, she would rather manage her own flower shop. When opportunity arises for her to live out her dream in Harlem, she takes the chance. Things are going as well as they can until she comes in contact with a strange presence, no, more like a pull? She can’t escape coming in contact with Ezra Walker, but why? They’ve never met and yet they feel like they’ve known each other for centuries.
With unimaginable stories and secrets tied to the Harlem Renaissance right within her new brownstone, Ricki Wilde will discover her fate and destiny during the 2024 leap year.
Although, I didn’t expect it, I enjoyed how Tia included some fantasy aspect to this storyline and appreciated the short crossover of Eva Mercy from “Seven Days in June”. If you enjoyed that book, you’ll love this one!

super cute book!! i loved the concept and had so much fun listening to the audiobook. the only part i rolled my eyes at was when ezra was like “yeah i’ve contributed to all the greatest songs of all time” 🙄 like girl no one can disprove that because of the curse lmao 😭. he def reminded me of that one dude mystic spiral was locked up w/in the daria episode “speedtrapped” haha.
also i feel like tia williams is def gonna do a third book in the same universe (hint hint wink wink).

"I typically don't enjoy romance novels, but this particular book completely changed my mind. It was a slow burn, but in a good way. I particularly enjoyed the flashbacks, although I was a bit confused in the beginning since I was listening to it on Audible. However, I ended up purchasing the book, and it was definitely worth it! I couldn't put it down!"5 ⭐️
