I want to read the book instead, too heavy for an audiobook

Nothing like pop culture would make you think, however brilliant in its own way.
The section about the scientific work is already amazing and at the end of it the actual story is just about to start with the birth of Frankenstein's monster. However the monster, is not a monster, rather a creature of complex feelings, not distinguishable from a human - except for the horrid unhuman looks.

The prose is incredible (though some words get repeated a lot) and the book is a thrilling page turner. However it is not a thriller. It is a thought-provoking book with interesting philosophical discussions.

The story is five stars. If I have to really critique this, it would be a 3 and a half stars because of how men talk. They all talk too flowery. Don't take it the wrong way, but I can tell that a woman wrote this based on how the men talk. Great story tho.

4.25 rating. Excellent concept and execution. But the massive amount of repetition was obnoxious.
