I liked this one a little less than Butcher & Blackbird. However, it was still funny and crazy and a lot psychotic. I love Lark herself. She may look innocent and cute, but she is a badass like Sloane. As much as I loved Sloane in her book, I was so excited to find out Lark's story. Even though I did get her background, it didnt feel like enough. I didnt feel like her character was as developed as I expected it to be or as it should have been. It made it hard to really get into the story. Lachlan wasn't that well developed either. Which is crazy with how much background there was about them in book 1. Im still enjoying the revenge and craziness that's been happening. Its the reason Im rating this 4 stars. I greatly enjoyed it and looking forward to Rose and Fionn's story.
