Less of a “how to” book and more of a therapy book. The underlying message that being a great housekeeper or not is morally neutral was so valuable. I skimmed the tips, but I would still recommend this 100%. If this is an area where you struggle. I also really appreciated how accessible to those with physical or emotional challenge she made the book and the tips.
