Full of affirming language we all need and practical tips for leveling up from wherever you are. The ones who might need it most may struggle to pick up a book, but if you do, it’s a solid first step.

I listened to this audiobook while I cleaned my house. It's so kind and helpful. It's for people who are just overwhelmed by housekeeping due to depression or other mental health issues. It's not for everyone, but if you struggle, give this a try.
I like the layout of this book... a lot! The chapters themselves are free of clutter; each one is just a few pages of nice little tips served with a LOT of validation. In fact, it's so validating, it kind of feels like having 4 scoops of ice cream when 1-2 would have been a good stopping point. However, I genuinely liked the suggestions and could see this book really encouraging those it is written for: tired moms and anyone struggling with mental health.

Really insightful! I walked away with new ideas to “keep house.” Loved how neurodivergent friendly it was. It got really rapid fired towards the end though, and I wished she had elaborated a little more on the those topics. Otherwise, very helpful, and I have been sharing it with my friends
This is a very different book from any other I’ve seen on the subject. Kudos to KC Davis for this gem.
