i didn’t know this was a second book in a series so that’s on me for reading it out of order but i’m so confused w the world bc of the lack of context and world building provided i thought it was gonna be like every werewolf book and i already had the context but they define alpha beta omega differently and it’s in this dystopian world which is interesting to read about but would’ve been better if i got what was going on. but it’s alright like it’s a short read that’s mainly just smut and that’s the mood rn for me lol but i do like the characters they are a tad boring tho but hey what can you do within that little amount of pages. but that ending was so anticlimactic like they just go to canada as if it’s nothing there was no other obstacles or conflict that’s gonna happen maybe this is me being picky but i was like uh? but i still liked the book i found it interesting but not the best i’ll give it like a 7/10

Somehow even more insane than the first one, saw a TikTok about it so I had to see it for myself. Sous really think that white the insane premise of this book it would be interesting ,and some of it pretty ironically funny, but it has so much repetition that its just kind of disappointing , not that i excepted particularly much. Somehow still a better plot than icebreaker idk i HATED that book it was trying to be so serious when it was just cringy. At least this book fully embraced the cringe smh

I love this book more than the first one. The psychopath and the brainiac is such a beautiful morally grey story and I adore this kind of book. He's all the red flags, but he is soft and gentle for her and absolutely 100% hers alone. 10/10

Ugh, this book would have been a 4 star read if it weren't for that ending. It was so rushed. SO Rushed. It practically went from 1 to 100 between 2 sentences. It annoyed me. Like there probably could have been like another 70pgs added to the book just for the ending, and it would've been great
