This book just wasn't for me. I couldn't relate to the characters because they were just at a different stage of life. I also am not a big fan of the "enemies to lovers" trope especially when its not really that and more just miscommunication mixed with no real introduction to one another. I did really love the core group of women.

This was a cute self finding journey of a woman who is stuck in a manipulative relationship. Loved her journey, loved the new town and people she made connections with. A side of romance, although I wouldn't say that was the main portion of the book.

I really enjoyed this book. It was so much more than a typical romance! I fell in love with Annie and the whole village of Willow Bay. The book club had me cracking up. It is a story about a fresh start for Annie, but it is also about a seaside town coming together. Would recommend!
