Un peu trop forcé et didactique dans son propos à mon goût.

So this is kind of hard to track down as it's not actually on the major ebook publishers storefronts (Amazon only has each episode, rather than full tankoubons - plus I don't even think they have all the chapters judging from the sort) - it appears to be a Bookwalker exclusive. But it's FREE - the entire series is free and in English - and that should be more than enough justification to go out and get a Bookwalker account!

Some parts of the Japanese medical system are downright scary and Sato is determined to tell you all of them in this immersive manga. I'm a medical interpreter that mostly works with outpatients so I knew some of the crazy but... woah. Things have probably gotten better in the ten plus years since this was written but that doesn't dilute the "you gotta be kidding me" factor. Eye-opening and not at all comforting, it's an unflinching look at the ethical issues doctors face.
