Connor and Rose. Nothing else to say, nothing else to add. Just them is perfect ❤

If there is something that can undoubtedly be said about [a:Becca Ritchie|2754148|Becca Ritchie|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1476896886p2/2754148.jpg] and [a:Krista Ritchie|7056935|Krista Ritchie|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1402845455p2/7056935.jpg], it is, that they’re one of the most talented, versatile, and bright writers on the horizon.

You can tell a lot about authors by their books, their writing, the subjects they address and the way they handle them, and the way they create their characters, form them, develop them, and shape their stories.

Reading [b:Kiss the Sky|20658510|Kiss the Sky (Calloway Sisters #1)|Krista Ritchie|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1393090096l/20658510._SY75_.jpg|25803531] once again reminded me of why they are one of my favorite authors; underneath all the brilliantly plotted storylines, quick-witted quips, and lovable relationships and characters, they simply have an immense (and sometimes quite frightening) understanding of the human psyche. They don't just write stories, they create a world with characters that is terrifyingly real.

Like picking up a cube, and looking at it from a different angles, we see Lily, Lo, Ryke, and Daisy from a completely new perspective, as well as get an insight into Connor and Rose—and I loved it. Rose and Connor's voices sounded so distinctly different from Lily's and Lo's, the only characters in whose heads we are up until this book, and it makes you realize the actual extent of how Becca and Krista really get their characters. Every single one of them.

I can't wait to start on [b:Hothouse Flower|18308266|Hothouse Flower (Calloway Sisters #2)|Krista Ritchie|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1388724159l/18308266._SX50_.jpg|25803541].

literally can’t remember the last time i was so emotionally invested in a book. i actually cried at the wedding scene. coballoway supremacy.

This was so much better than the first three books of the addicted series. This definitely started showing more of the core six’s bond. I loved seeing connor and rose’s growth, it was amazing!
