I would like it to be known that I listened to this book and could not stand the narrators more “feminine” voice when he said the dialogue for any woman. While the book right before this is the series touched the idea of sexual assault, this book promptly focuses on the healing process afterwards. This book made me laugh, cry, and wonder how to drive 70 on the highway while crying. The friends to lovers warms the heart in a way no other trope really can.
This one fell flat for me and was just ok. Maybe I wasn't in the mood for a romance, not sure. But I didn't really fall in love with Noah. And despite the fact that Alexa was a repeat character, I didn't really fall in love with her either. And the whole "what are friends for?" All the time was annoying. I know this was supposed to be a friends to lovers but it's also supposed to throw the typical tropes out the window, and the fact that they kept harping on that and Noah waiting to be un friendzoned was very... not Bromance Book Cluby. If that makes sense. Anyway, not my favorite read. And also thinking of skipping the next one. Not super interested in the Russian when the author has spent so much time talking about his bathroom habits... sigh.

The book was amazing! However, there was a moment when the cat scratched Noah and Alexis freaked out like he's been scratched by a strange cat. This was very much her cat and she should know that, even though infected cat scratches can be bad, as long as the scratch is cleaned it should be okay. There was no reason for her to freak out so much over it and it turned me off to the story for a bit.
This book was such a dissapoiment for me! I loved previous books in this series and maybe my expections for this one were just way too high. But I just don't care about a lot of elements in Crazy Stupid Bromance. There was a family drama on both sides, Karen situation, misunderstandings between main couple (and not only one!) and romance. It was just too much. I didn't even care for main couple because romance is not even main point of this book. It's family drama.
But I still like The Bromance Book Club aspect of this. Even thought there were a few moment where I was kind of dissapointed in boys as well.
