Devoured in a day. Loved this book. Loved everything about it. Gripped me from start to finish and was everything I needed. 

This gave me the same feelings as Verity and What Lies Between Us and Gone Girl. All the same feelings. It’s fantastic and I can’t stop thinking about it.

The ending left me with a lot of questions - how will she continue to free women of their abusive husbands and still evade the law?! Surely that detective who helped Nina out the first time is not going to just be able to indefinitely save her from the clutches of justice?!

Lots of triggers in this book. It was torture reading it. The world is dark enough to invite this type of darkness into your life while reading. I won’t read anything else like this book if I can suss it out before I start.

<spolier> poor CeCe. Everyone else was an absolute bellend. He's abusive because he was abused? Piss off. What was the weird bigotry towards Enzo

The writing wasn't for me. Repetitive and overly descriptive of random objects. Everytime Millie picked up a phone I cringed.
