The main trope threw me off inmediately, so this is not a surprise at all. I read this as an obligation and not as a choice I picked because I really wanted to read it. I just wanted to finish the series. I could not even hate on Margaret because I understood where she was coming from, even if the way she dealt with everything was real shady. I also felt like the book was opening way too many side plots and it just got to a point where I wasn't even interested in closing the main plot, because I was already exhausted with the entire story.
