This is the second release in the multi-author Monster Match series, they are all standalones and can be read in any order. This is a size difference, protector/stalking victim, fated mates, sweet book about Dani and Maddox.

New to me author and I very much enjoyed the story and the writing. The ending had a nice, sweet twist.

His Primal Kiss was my introduction to this multi-author shared universe, and I'm so excited to dig in and read more!  There were some moments that didn't feel fully grounded in character voice, which also impacted the way pacing played out, but I was always still interested in the overall story.  Maddox and Dani were very sweet together, and the other characters we met made me excited for their story.

Welcome to Monster Match! The dating app for monsters and humans alike! What a great way to have an interspecies world of bringing them together, showing change make time but if your open to it beautiful things can come your way.
Another great read from Kota Quinn! Love the way this world has developed and how Madddox ink has healing properties when inked into the skin of magical and non magical creatures. dani created the Monsters Match app yet has been afraid to try it for himself after a bad breakup. Always have been a fan of fated mates when they have to work for it and prove their love prior to completing their mating bond. What a sweet, low angst beautiful read.
This world has so many different interesting monsters and can not wait to read more from this combined universe+

This is a low-angst story with lots of swoony moments.

CW: mentions of paranoia/fear, slight fear of the dark.

This was a nice, quick, fun read with decent spice. I really like this world and enjoyed the characters. I really enjoyed the writing style and how this book tied in to the Black Cat Circus. My only real complaint is that the ghost plotline could have been developed a little more. I really hope that a future book or two will come back to that and touch on what happens next with the Sin Eater.

What a cute story.
Just enough angst to keep you hooked, just enough plot to make you stay. And so much love.

I loved this book more than the first in the series because there was a solid plot, and a solid romance developing. And the side characters were well introduced and fleshed out.

There is some reluctance to share everything about certain issues but circumstances often push the characters to be honest with their lover.
