⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Broken Harbor by Catherine Cowles was absolutely phenomenal! It feels like each book in this series just keeps getting better and better, and this one truly delivered. Some of my favorite tropes came together here—small town, found family, and of course, that perfect mix of romance and suspense.

I loved the alternating POVs between Sutton and Cope; getting inside each of their heads made their connection feel even deeper. Both characters have had such tragic pasts, and watching them help each other heal was so heartwarming. And then there’s Lolli, who kept things light with her outrageous phallic diamond art—such a funny and unique touch!

The twist really took me by surprise, adding a layer of suspense that had me on the edge of my seat. This book had everything I wanted and more.

Sutton and Cope are so caring and kind. I love their dynamic together. Luca is so cute and protective of his mom. The banter in this is so good! The suspense is high and the heartbreaking events sad yet beautiful. Lolli is up to her usual antics and her donut d!ck art is so fun and fitting! I enjoyed their love story so much! I love how they lean on each other. My favorite couple so far! Definitely never seen the villain. Still 0-3 in trying to guess!

Another 5 star read in this series.
Cope is a heart throb.
Sutton is the mother every child dreams of having.
Loved the storyline.
The family dynamics with the foster family and the adopted all blended. You can’t help but fall in love with alllll of them. And getting to continue to see the characters from books one and two.
Loved the continuation of diamond at. IYKYN

I have really been enjoying this series. Now I won’t lie this isn’t my favorite book in the series. I think it ultimately was the pacing just felt off for me. I think it just went really quick and I didn’t see the flow of the story the way I wanted to see it to really love it. But this series found family is so amazing and I’m so excited for the rest of the books in the series. I also love the little hints to set up the next book as well. But it doesn’t change that Cope and Sutton were super cute and it was still a really good book just not my favorite in the series.
