3.5. This was dramatic as fuck. Did it need to be? Idk. I liked it less than the others for sure. But I still enjoyed it and sobbed a few times. Vibes. Also, cringe nickname. Stop with that.

She's done it again. I didn't see that twist coming! And of course I was crying at the end. May be my new favorite

Catherine Cowles' books definitely need to be read sparsely because most of them are on the heavier side and include some kind of stalker, dangerous person to the main characters, which can be a tiring plot if read too many times. However, after taking a break from Sparrow Falls, I finally decided to read the third book and it was as amazing as the last two, though I'm sure I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much if I read it right away after the second like I did with the first two books. Cope and Sutton were so cute and even though the book was fast paced romance wise I still enjoyed their story. I feel like until now Sutton definitely has the most heartbreaking stories of all the female leads: I actually cried in that first scene! I think these books lose the anxiety factor a bit in the end because we obviously know the characters are going to surive everything and have a happily ever after but it still gives something more to the book which makes it more interesting. I'm very excited for Fallon and Kyler - it's definitely going to be the best for me!
