Volume 2 is just as good as one, maybe better in some ways. No spoilers. But it is just as enjoyable and a great read by a Fantastic Author. The definitive edition is great, slightly bigger than a normal manga, with a few colour pages (I imagine from when originally serialised) which you don’t tend to get in normal editions. Expertly plotted a great read. I would not call it fast paced at times, but personally that’s part of the charm.
