I can’t sleep so why not finish off the book I’m reading? Turns out, this one might not help my sleeping trouble 😬 Maybe it’s because I’ve read a couple traumatizing books lately, but this one didn’t hit the way BookTok said it would. You follow Georgina, or Geo, and her boyfriend Calvin after they murder her best friend Angela. As thrillers do, it gets complicated. There’s a lot of twists, all of which I guessed, so I don’t want to say too much in case someone wants to read it and doesn’t want it spoiled. It’s not bad, I think I might have enjoyed it more if I hadn’t just read a book that was super dark. It just didn’t live up to the hype for me 🤷♀️

Every choice made pissed me off but then we wouldn’t have this book. It’s the perfect murder mystery/thriller, it had me wanting to bonk the main while also feeling incredibly sad for her all at once. Dominic really should have never been born his ass should have been aborted from the jump. Geo, Calvin, and Dominic are just insane dynamics. I wonder if Geo’s new baby is also gonna be born with the murder gene. I wouldn’t be surprised-suggesting to cut up ur own best friend/ being the one to finish sawing her up??! insane. Also Kaiser ending up with Geo in the end?! that man is pathetic and down bad!
