The thing that got me hooked on this book is the love of hugs. I love more than any other kind of physical touch a nice comforting hug. Reading about Mitch and the way he feels about hugs, about his future kids, and how he wants to hug them BROKE MY HEART FOR POOR BABY MITCH!! I am so glad that he found Andy and Noah. There are mentions of spice but it's not really there and I think the book is better that way. Leah Brunner writes real romance and Mitch seriously stole my heart. If you love a happy ending for a found family and a couple people who need a lot of hugs this is the book for you
At the beginning I was struggling to connect with the MMC but by the end he was my favorite character! I really enjoyed this one and I’m glad there are several more books in the series because the team dynamics quickly grew on me. I’m also glad Noah is getting his own grown up story soon! Read if you enjoy hockey romances.
