Love that it was not predictable but definitely felt there was parts that dragged on or seemed irrelevant. I could have also used more insight on "life after Bella" and what happened to Aaron.

This was a love story about two best friends. It was sweet, but the main premise of the book came as a complete surprise. The best friend of the main character gets ovarian cancer and the book largely centers around this focus. I felt like the book summary was a bit misleading.
I liked the writing style, and the characters were likeable. Story overall just wasn’t what I was expecting, or maybe in the mood for.

I found this a little challenging to get into but it didn’t take too long. Ended up really liking it. Could definitely see using this book if I was in a legit book club.

This book was an amazing surprise. I was super excited to read it after discovering it, but i had totally different expectations from it. I thought it’s gonna be a much more obvious storyline, and i was pleasantly surprised that it went in a totally different direction then I imagined.
Nothing could’ve prepared to me for the ending, and i’m glad i got to read this story. I’m only giving it 4.75 and not 5 because I feel like it was a little bit too fast paced. I would’ve liked to feel the grief more -for the relationship, for Bella… The actual scene five years later was a little bit too fast for me too, i didn’t feel like i had enough time to experience everything after such a long buildup. Other then that i enjoyed this book more than i ever thought i would.
