SJM is on a roll! This novella is also worthy of a 5 star review. Usually I hate POV changes, but SJM wrote it in a way that was really interesting. I had a hard time putting it down, but I had no choice because I have to focus on my graduation project. I can't wait to read the fourth book in the series.
I really hope that Cassian and Nesta will end up together and that Feyre and Rhys succeed in conceiving a child, but I'll have to see (or rather read) for myself.

Back at it again with the #acotar series! This little novella is the book between books and knowing that there was another whole book after this one is what kept me going.

Frost and Starlight was good, but it didn’t come anywhere close to Mist and Fury or Wings and Ruin. In another attempt to avoid series spoilers, I’ll be brief: the majority of this novella is spent with the Inner Circle as they recover from the war. SJM did a great job portraying past traumas, PTSD, losing a loved one, grieving, and trying to move forward from all of those things. And then there was a whole lot of good fluff.

While this novella didn’t do it for me like the others, it did leave me asking what comes next.

This was a cute little companion novel to the series. We got to see through several different character POV’s, which was nice. This was short and semi-sweet, and was likely written as a lead up to the next books plot and why Nesta is the main character. With Feyre focusing more on Valeria and her family, and tensions rising with the Illyerians, I can see why this book was written. It’ll be odd to read a book without Feyre or Rhys as the main characters, who knows? Maybe I’ll enjoy it.

A quick, lighthearted read about what comes after the War.

I enjoyed watching the main characters’ relationships develop when in peacetime.

Though they were not the same afterwards, all of the main characters survived the War. The same cannot be said for many citizens of Velaris. I enjoyed meeting the new characters and following them on their journey to rebuild.

I don’t know how to feel about Tamlin! He sent me on an emotional rollercoaster in ACOWAR, and again in ACOFAS. Although, the ups and downs weren’t nearly as extreme this time around. Are Feyre and Rhys’s feelings valid? 100%. But do I also feel bad for Tamlin? I don’t know!
