There’s no other way to start this review than by saying that I loved this book. It was everything I didn’t know I needed.

Liva is trying to start over after literally having to run away from her crazy ex and Nash is back in town to help out with the family business which just happens to be the same place that Liva is working and living. Now they are thrown together sharing a living space and an office and soon sparks begin to fly.

These characters! I loved Liva she was the perfect blend of badass and vulnerable, I was really rooting for her for the entire story. And NASH! He may be my new favourite MMC! He was so great with Liva, patient, kind, caring not to mention charming and just the right amount of naughty! Also, every time he called her honey was just – well it did it for me for some reason.

The story itself was interesting and engaging, I think I read the whole thing in two settings it was that addictive. I liked the pacing of the romance and the tension building between the two characters was on point.

Overall this was a fantastic read and would be perfect to take on holiday.

I found this to be an engaging story from start to finish. Nash was very charming and Livia, well I thought it was really easy to root for her. I ended up enjoying their dynamic a lot and liked watching their romance play out. And of course it's always fun to see characters from other Sarina Bowen books pop up again. This was a good read.

Get ready for a wild ride in Sarina's thrilling story, where Livia, on the run from her dangerous ex, faces her worst nightmare when Razer, finally catches up to her. With Nash as her protector, their connection brews stronger than a finely crafted beer in the face of danger, proving that love can conquer all.

Narrated by the talented duo Tim Paige and Ms. Brentmoor, this audiobook brings the story to life like a perfectly poured pint. Will they outsmart Razer and find a happily-ever-after on tap?

Buckle up for a rollercoaster of suspense and romance in this captivating tale!

4 stars. This is a good read! Golden Touch is the second book in the Giltmaker series and is Livia and Nash's book. Nash has arrived back in his small Vermont hometown after his father lands in the hospital. He is need to help run the Giltmaker brewery in his father's absence. Livia works at the brewery, but she has a secret. She is in hiding from her ex-boyfriend, a motorcycle club president who she found out was running drugs. She has been on the run, landing at the Giltmaker as a bookkeeper, but she knows if her ex finds her that she will have to run again. Sparks fly between her and Nash when they wind up sharing her cabin at the brewery. When he finds out her secret, Nash is determined to help her fix her problems and help her get her freedom and her life back, along with his love along the way.

Golden Touch was a good story. I really enjoyed the suspense and the "girl on the run" aspect. I liked Nash a lot. He was such a great guy, pretty much perfect. I liked Livia too, but I wished she held back a little less, although I understood why she did. Still, this was an enjoyable read. Nash and Livia were sweet and sexy together.

Overall, this was a good book. I enjoyed Livia and Nash's journey to love and I look forward to more from this fun series and from Ms. Bowen in the future!

Cute, small town romance. Ties in loosely with the True North characters (Benito and his brother Matteo). It's kind of cool that all or most of Sarina's series take place in the came general world and you see the characters from one show up in the others. It's a nice way to catch up with old friends sometimes.

This wasn't anything mind-blowing, but it was a fun, easy read with a solid, mildly suspenseful story and likeable characters. Livia's family is so shitty and I hate how she gives and never gets anything back. Nash's family, on the other hand, is actually quite lovely despite their issues. I would be interested in reading more.
