Melt for You was a really enjoyable story. That although a little hard to get into and slow to get going. Did still draw me in and then kept me completely engaged throughout.
As both main characters Joellen and cocky, rugged, sexy Scot Cam were likable and easy to connect with. As was Joellens relationship with her parents. And her insecurities and self doubts about her looks and weight, were very believable and relatable too.
As for the story, it was packed full of funny moments, banter, sparks and sweetness. Yet, as slow burn romances go, it was fairly slow and as much as I loved the development of the relationship between Cam and Joellen. I do wish they had gotten together sooner. Just so I could of enjoyed them more as a couple, before the story ended. As they were so great together. Although, the epilogue to an extent did make up for it. And it was a great read. That I would happily recommend to others.

It was an alright story. Definitely falls under the slow-burn romance trope.
Joellen is a 36 years-old female slaving at a publishing company in love with her boss. One day she arrives home to a new neighbor. Cameron MacGregor is a world-famous rugby player with bad behavior. They hit it off right away as friends and because Cam offers Joellen to be her love coach and help her get her dream man.
I would have liked more character development and in-depth personification. I felt like Cam had a dark past that marked him as an adult but it wasn't all that developed throughout the story.
