I enjoyed this perhaps in some degree because of the interaction with one of my favorite characters (Harry Bosch) with the foreign country of Denmark where I lived for 2 years about 3 decades ago.

The story seemed a bit formulaic (as other reveiwers have noted), and I wish the author would return to including stronger interactions with other characters - particularly his police partners.

All in all, enjoyable.

Excellent book by the newly commissioned Mystery Writers Grand Master. Connelly brings flaws to Bosch that add to the gritty nature of these excellently plotted and written books. 4.5 stars and highly recommended reading.

Michael Connelly’s Harry Bosch series is so good! I am never disappointed. The Black Box is another outstanding book in the series. My only complaint is that I’m getting close to completing the series. I guess I’ll have to read them all again!

Just barely four stars. It's Bosch for the most part, but the ending didn't feel right.
