Learning any IT skill is best done hands on. You can seriously learn the material of this book within 10 minutes of clicking around the platform. I knew this, and too my teacher said ARIS is best learned in a seminar (such as the one I was at) and the book was going to be useless. Still, I find ARIS an extremely useful tool and I wanted to know more before the next seminar and so I thought I'd pick up the book.
I'd say I am disappointed but I'm not because I had low expectations in the first place.
