Oh my gosh! This book was so freaking cute! I’m pretty sure this is gonna be a yearly holiday read of mine. It’s quick, it’s cute and it’s full of holiday spirit!

I haven’t read many novels where the character(s) have some kind of disability, but I’m really loving the few I’ve read this year. From my discussions with others, the representation appears to be accurate in this book.

3.5 stars. A sweet, quick read.

Cute and short holiday read.

This was a cute story, I just wish there was a little more conflict.

(4.5*) This was the perfect quick Christmas romance book to get me in the festive spirit! It was cheesy and clichéd often, but in the best way possible. I loved the autistic and demisexual representation, as well as the T1 diabetes rep.

Of course it was a five-star read for me. This was Chloe Liese’s first novella and she nailed it! It wasn't rushed and the timeline was perfect. I feel like everything was and happened where and when it was supposed to.

Gabriella Di Natale and Jonathan Frost couldn't be more opposites. They've been enemies since the moment Jonathan was hired to work at the same library as Gabby.

Gabby was such an amazing character. I LOVED her personality and her way of seeing things. Reading her was an absolute pleasure.

I fell in love with Jonathan in the first scene*heavy sigh* but I knew I was gonna be totally simping over him. I mean a 6”2 hawtness of a man who works in a library, bring you your favorite hot cocoa each morning, plays hockey, and reads the books you like?? SIGN ME UP RIGHT NOW.
Based on what you just read you can guess it was inevitable to fall in love with him.

In short, READ THIS AMAZING HOLIDAY NOVELLA RIGHT NOW.

I love everything that Chloe Liese writes but when I tell you that this is pure gold. BELIEVE. IT. GOLD!

Mistletoe Motive is a modern rendition of the 90’s Meg Ryan/Tom Hanks romance film, “You’ve Got Mail”
