Easily the best Christmas book I have read in a while. I work in a library and not in a bookstore so I cannot attest to how true this is of that aspect.

This one has all the tropes you need!

Forced proximity. Enemies to lovers. Grumpy x sunshine? Add a little bit of spice. And what more could I ask for?

Grinch and Christmas’ #1 fan are both co-managing a library, they hate each other from the get go and have been quarreling for almost one year. Until circumstances force them to get to know each other more, open up their worries and insecurities and to continue working in hopes their dream will come true. The result? A true P&P moment.

light and fun and made me really miss the holidays. some nitpicks with the writing style made it a 4⭐

Listening to this just for Jacob Morgan and he only does the epilogue...

3.5⭐️ Cute and cozy reimagining of “You’ve Got Mail”. Enemies to lovers, grumpy x sunshine, and low spice

This is a perfect audiobook to listen to when you're in the middle of a bout of insomnia. Predictable, sweet, low drama, it gently took my mind of bigger issues and allowed it to drift back to sleep.

The Mistletoe Motive is a cute and short romance novel about a neurodivergent bookseller forced to cohabitate with her grumpy manager. Except her autism means she misses all the cues that show how much he actually care...

The characters were a little shallow, just like the plot and frankly, the rest of the book. It still made it a cute Christmas novel for anything who needs something to fill their ears and avoid thinking bad thoughts.

The author over explainined everything and I mean EVERYTHING.  The FMC is autistic so maybe this was supposed to be a reflection of that?? But it  was done in such a jumbled way that by the end , if I wasn't such a sucker for sappy , happy endings , I'd rate this lower. I wasn't rooting for the couple at ALL till the end and honestly would've preferred if Mr.Reddit was someone else. The author used the excuse that because he has *checks notes* type 1 diabetes that predisposed Frost to be incapable of communicating that he wasn't stomping away to sulk all the time
