This is a must read for all humans. I can already tell it’s something I’ll come back to time and time again. I bought a physical copy as well and can’t wait to read his other books. Everyone should learn these practices. Period.

As expected, TNH provided wonderful insight and guidances in how all of us can just take a few moments to consider how we interact in the world, and with humility, find a way to improve our communications and interactions. This book can be read, and reread.

A simple read but the principles are very helpful. I don't fully agree with some of the statements about your thoughts Being You, but I understand that responsibility was the point there and can hold that nuance. I found this book helpful and will continue to read more from this author.

Honestly, a much better book than I was expecting. Great insights, not just psychologically but spiritually.

the one curiosity i have on the book is that your thoughts are actions and that you are your actions? i deal with a lot of violent thoughts and have always been told to frame these thoughts as outside of me bc they are intrusive. gonna think more on this and do ocd/buddhism research
Moderate: Suicide
Minor: Violence
