3.5 This book was pretty good! The writing style was great and I really liked Chloe and Sebastian. Chloe is so broken and innocent and Sebastian is so caring and protective towards her. There were many times he made me swoon.

I also loved meeting Carter and I feel like it provided a good foundation for his character.

Spoilers ahead!!

I knew that Sebastian was the one killing people on her list but I can’t believe Chloe never found out!! I also really want to know who Marcus is and why he wanted Sebastian to kill the people on the list!!

I went into this book knowing Willow recommend reading the two standalones before the Merciless series so I was very interested to see Carter. All I can say is that I feel horrible for him. He’s just a young boy and he’s getting abused by his father, his mother died of cancer, he has to take care of his brothers, he killed someone and literally vomited because of the terror he felt, has to take drugs to sleep and got beat nearly to death for selling drugs. Like my god, poor baby. He’s obviously going to be fucked up because of all of this and I feel terrible for him.

Honestly this book kept me hooked from beginning to end. The characters of Chloe and Sebastian were beautifully written. Dark and broody Sebastian, the boy with so many secrets was one the reader could not help but fall in love with and the heartbreaking Chloe who had the deck stacked against her with all of the baggage from her past. Tragically beautiful. Once again Willow Winters does not

Omg from the gorgeous cover to the pages in between, this book was amazing. LOVED every single part of it. A Kiss to Tell had me hooked from the first page and I did not want to put it down. Fingers crossed there will be another book about Bastian and Chloe, would love to find out how the end up.

Wow, what a book. This book had so much going on it should have blown my kindle up. The suspense, the lust, hate, intrigue, it created a real page turner. I couldn't wait to flip the page to see what was going to happen next. The characters and plot were perfect, and kept you coming back for more. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to be sucked into a book to lose themselves for hours. Told in dual pov.
