I’m sorry but I can’t. I don’t like the characters, there’s too much rambling and repeated statements, the sex was more painful than arousing, like… no. I’m dropping this verse and moving on to the next of her works, but if it’s as bad as this then I’m just gonna skip to the most recent to see if the writing has matured and if not I’m done.

This a late review as I wasn’t ready to let go of these characters- 3 months later and I still haven’t let go! Sebastian Black is one unforgettable character, okay he’s more than a character to me, he’s all sorts of sexy and dangerous, with some sweetness thrown in- and one of favourite book boyfriends ever!
Sure he’s a bit stalkerish and probably creepy but I love his protectiveness of Chloe. I feel there could be be more of Sebastian’s and Chloe’s story, but what I loved most was their connection and how incredibly sweet and sexy their scenes!
Their story seems unfinished- but not left completely hanging so still a good standalone with a HEA ❤️
Also bonus is the introduction of young Carter Cross and the friendship these two share!!
I’m a huge fan of all things Willow Winters 👌

Horrible

I’m not sure what I just read. This story made no sense what so ever. This is the fourth book I have read of this author and I have several others of hers. After this nonsense, I want to permanently delete them all if they are anyway close to this.

I understand why Willow calls this her passion project. Sebastian and Chloe Rose are something special.

This story is set before the events of Merciless (Carter's story). Even though it's not centered on him, this provides necessary background information about Carter as a teenager. It also intorduces you to the disaster that is Cresent Hills.

Chloe is adamant about getting out of there. She can barely function because of the ghosts that haunt her in that city. While Chloe is ready to run, Sebastian is ready to follow.

The pacing of this story was perfect. I do wish some things were further elaborated on but overall this was really good.

What I wouldn’t give to be inside the mind of this lovely lady. The fact that she looks so sweet and innocent, but has the power to create such an amazing visual with her words, whether they be soft and loving or crass and partially disturbing (meant with nothing but love). She is a mastermind in this writing world. Sebastian and Chloe are far from your typical romance laden couple. There are so many facets of their love that can be perceived as wrong, but the story behind their atypical love is well laid out and speaks volumes. Willow never disappoints and you’d be a fool not to look into this for what it is as well as the fact that it gives you insight on another male we have come to appreciate. August 14th, are you ready for Sebastian Black?

Melancholy...this is the only word I can think of to describe this tale...it was just so sad, dark and filled with a sense of nothingness. I pushed through, but it was like something was weighting me down. While I have a rating, I don't really know how to rate this book...it just was so gritty.

Chloe was sad and she was always so sorry, sorry about everything...her lofe was sorry, she was sorry about the way she felt, sorry for being sorry...just sorry and I was like damn girl...you just sad. I get Sebastian made her feel safe, but she was a little off. Every time she had a hint of fight, I was like come one girl, push and then she just was...sorry. I sympathized with her, never imagining what she could be feeling, but I need a little more life.

Then there was Sebastian, I feel like there is so much to his character that I just don't know, he was mysterious, but there is a background that hasn't been touched yet and I just couldn't connect with him all the way...but then there was Carter. I'm excited to learn more about him as I keep reading...this world is fascinating, in a dark and mysterious way...so I'll give this 3.75 stars...

A Kiss to Tell gives us an insight into the dark underbelly of Cresent Hills told from the perspectives of Sebastian and Chloe. This book tells the story of these characters as they are irresistibly drawn together despite personal struggles and seemingly impossible obstacles. Both of the main characters are beautifully written and as a reader you can't help but be drawn into their individual struggles empathizes with the choices that they have had to make.

An amazing book in it's own right A Kiss to Tell both provides insights and teasers into the characters and world Willow Winters' has created in the Sinful Obsessions series. Readers meet a young Carter Cross before life, coruption and adversity have jaded and shaped him into the man that he has become in Possessive.

I loved this book and it's a wonderful addition to this series. A Kiss to Tell is another winner from W. Winters so definitely pick up a copy.

Confusing

This would have been a 3 star, average book, if I wasn't so confused. I don't understand much of what happened. I know that Chloe and Sebastian love each other, but I didn't understand the motives of anyone else in this book. I don't understand the targets and why they are getting killed. I have more questions than i started with, no answers, and no desire to read any other book to find them.
