I have been eagerly awaiting this comic since it was announced and anything set in the Vicious/Vengeful would has got to be great, right? Of course! :D
This volume which collects single vols. 0-4 was a really solid introduction and foundation to what certainly seems to be a thrilling story! We are introduced to Charlotte Tills - a high school student who is fatally killed in a bus crash; however, she is revived and is now an ExtraOrdinary (EO).
She soon discovers that her new ‘gift’ is more of a burden since she can see how others die and every time she sees herself in the mirror, she is faced with Eli Cardale, who is hellbent on killing all other EOs (including Charlotte).
The story, colouring and panels were all great…my only gripe is why Victor Vale looks like such an old man!! I definitely didn’t picture him like that :(
