This book was pretty cool, it offered some unknown insights into the series. I got my copy for only $10 which was awesome, and I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay full price for this; but nonetheless, this is a must have for twilight fans!

While I'm not a HUGE fan of the books, if you are, this is the guidebook for you. I enjoyed reading the backstory of many of the characters as well as history of the towns. The interview with Mrs Meyers was well done. I also thought mentioning the music that inspired the books was a nice, unexpected touch. All in all an entertaining read.

I know that people think these books are too hyped now. Sorry, I still enjoy them. Books for me are like scents or songs. They take me back in time to different events in my life. These books take me back to a simpler time. I still enjoy them and get comfort from them.

That being said, I am probably not a "Twihard". I didn't even expect to purchase this book. It was a fun read, though. I loved knowing background and little things that tied the series all together. I kept telling things to my husband because I wanted to talk about it. It raised a few questions, but answered a lot more. Anyone that likes the series will find something to enjoy in the book. My two favorite things were the interview between Stephenie Meyer and Shannon Hale (one of my favorite authors) and Alice's extended origin story. People complain that you can get most of the information on the Lexicon, but the book says its a guide, what did they expect?

This book only continued to open the world where Jake, Alice, and Esme really do exist. They come to life even more on the illustrated pages that tell their stories. Questions that you've always wanted to know the answers to are right here! All you have to do is read it.
