An interesting book that definitely rings true with some aspects of people. However all the characters and examples are all so clear cut, and extremely reflective of their “colour” that it becomes hard to see such definitive traits in people.

I’m without a doubt that these traits exist and the book may be useful in understanding certain characteristics of people, but practical use of this system, and all systems that break people down so simply struggle in practice.

Note: Erickson does mention in the beginning that the system doesn’t comprehend all the complex nature of humans.

Interesting to read about different types of people. We tend to think of people who think/act different as idiots, but this book teaches us to also think from their perspective and gives some tips on how to deal with different people.
An easy read!
