Honestly this was just not grabbing me at all. The author said they didn't want to generalise people but that was the entire premise of this book. It just seemed to drone on. This wasn't helped by the first 90 pages, in which, all instances of "off" were written "of", and I cannot fathom why.

A bit basic, and verges on the bleeding obvious at times. A good guide for somebody who’s just embarking on the world of work, and hasn’t learned any empathy yet, or maybe for true reds who can’t work other people out.
Still quite fun to label your friends and colleagues with colours, though.

Helpful high level summary of different personality types and implications for working life. A bit oversimplified perhaps but some good key messages. I am a "red", so I think that means I assertive and task driven, but also extroverted.
