Bland and repetitive. Uses about 300 pages to make a few points that could very well have been made in at most 100. Puts forward a theory about personality and group dynamics based on experience, with near to no reference to research or fact. Reads like a self-help book, if anything. Would not read again.

This book organizes human behavior and personality into four categories separated by color and describes in detail which ones (people tend to be combinations of two and three, rarely only one, never all four) fit each person with vivid detail and multiple examples.

I started reading this book because I have two people in my personal life who annoy and make little sense to me and I wanted to understand why - I definitely understand now.

I felt the book could’ve been a bit shorter and I honestly skipped through some parts that seemed long and drawn out to me, but ultimately, I think I understand it just fine and it’s crazy how such a simple concept can apply to really anyone we meet.
