What a self-obsessed, selfish, contradicting main character. When I say contradicting, I don't mean a few times, it was literally every few pages. Gah, had high hopes for this book but reading this felt like marathoning Keeping up with the Kardashians.

DNF at page 104 (FORCED MYSELF TO GO OVER 100 PAGES!)

The only reason it is not a 5 is because I wanted more! I wanted to know who won and I wanted to see Willowdean and Bo together officially! Other than that, it was so cute! Love this book.

I actually enjoyed this book a lot because I related to Willowdean in so many ways. I really loved the character development throughout. The only thing that made me not rate it 5 stars was that I felt like the ending was too rushed and I wanted closure. Just because she shows up at Harpy's in the end...that doesn't mean she wants to be Bo's girlfriend. I need to know!!! I'm left in suspense. Other than that, it wasn't too bad of a book.

That was lovely.

Liked the movie, loved the book. The ending felt a little rushed, but I still enjoyed it. Gonna miss reading this one

Cute and fun, but also valid

This book was so cute and honestly empowering. I loved how she handled the ending and didn’t give the main character something she honestly never deserved or earned. While not openly mocking pageants, like I feared she might, she did make a valid point about how utterly ridiculous they can get.

Super cute. Fun yet emotional read.
