After re-reading: I actually whispered the words “I love this book so much” as I was reading. Just absolutely incredible.
Original review: 5⭐️ OBSESSED. I don’t have words for how good this was. I just ate this whole book up in record time. Loved every second.

This was rather cute. That’s it.
There’s not much one can say about this book (other than it feeling quite similar, character wise, to Winnifred and Merripen’s book from the Hathways- although, “Marrying Winterborne is definitely better both stylistically and content wise).
Also, this is the novel where Dr. Garret Gibbson makes her first appearance and she’s just that incredible she’s always worth mentioning.

This was honestly a joyful read - it made me laugh, it made me cry, there was some adventure and the side characters are just truly fantastic in this series. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is a truly horrific turn of phrase in one of the steamy scenes that I will never get over:
has there ever been a less sexy phrase than ‘’rosy inner flange”
