Now, is this book derivative? Yeah. You've probably read a very similar book to this one before. But, I think it's a good version of what it is. It does the job really effectively.

Better than some of the more recent books but was it good? I did know who the killer was very early one because of X, if you read a few cozies how could you miss it? But there was a certain charm and I like the narrator so I might give the second a try, might get better.
Very quick and easy read. Not necessarily a very good story, but definitely enjoyable. Might read the next one if I find myself in another reading slump.
