Also, this volume was such an emotional rollercoaster.
We learn more about Hazel's family's time at Heist's, which I loved (I loved every moment with Heist 🥺). We also followed Will, Gwendolyn, Slave Girl (new name: Sophie) and Lying Cat, who are all stranded on a seemingly nice and picturesque planet. Finally, we are introduced to two new characters - Lipsher and Doff - who are reporters investigating Alana and Marko's story

Now this is where the story really takes off. Seeing the intense chase for Marko and Alana and Hazel really pick up was so much fun, and you really got to know all the characters a lot better in this volume than the second one. I did also really enjoy seeing more of the intricacies of Marko and Alana's relationship, as well as seeing more of Doff and Upsher.
So far probably my favorite volume.
