I love how Fredrik Backman talks about such serious and dark topics. There's so much kindness and empathy without glorifying that I always feel safe to read his books. If you find suicide particularly triggering, this may be too much as, while there aren't graphic descriptions, it is sort of central to the story.

Reading about these characters made me anxious. But i think that’s the point! This story is a mystery and a comedy and an intensely reflective tale about how hard life it. There’s even fun twists! I really enjoyed reading it.
