Another fun outing with Miss Seeton; this one focusing on hop picking, the last night of The Proms, and a murder and murderer that float around the background of the book like unwanted party guests. If you read this series like an exploration of a small English village that happens to have some crime in and around it, rather than as a mystery series (like Miss Marple), I think you'll be much happier - I finally am!
