Sweet silver-fox sexy orc! Everything is better with a bow!
Good lord, only in the Orc Mountain would I be okay with a guy tricking both his sidepiece and his longtime partner into a throuple. These Skai... But Lydia and Ezog wind up loving it so whatever! Trygg does what he wants. Great as usual!

🔥 5/5
❤️ FINALLY a Finley Fenn book where it isn’t mostly BJs 🫶 and honestly it was legitimately sweet the dynamic between the 3 MCs
💔 Only sad it was short, and we couldn’t explore more of the angst, but hey it’s a light and fluffy read!

Mature lovers and Yule time fun
One of the things I love most about this story is the fact that all the characters are older. It’s so rare to see a story- especially in this genre- where the main couple (and in this case throuple) is of a more mature age. It’s refreshing and a joy to experience second love with them. There is a softness and a vulnerability to this trio.
It’s easy to love Lydia- a woman that had love before with a husband that had died years prior and never believed she would find it again- as she’s swept away by charismatic Sigtryggr. Her shyness and hope for something with him is so understandable because she wants to love again- she wants to stop being lonely. Right away you get her.
Sigtryggr is a devilish rake of a an Orc. He has a plan and he knows what he wants and he maneuvers everyone to get it. But he is also easy to relate to. His desire to have the mate he loves and the woman that they can love together makes him vulnerable as well. He takes a chance- one that could backfire and cause his mate pain- and it works.
Ezog- I love him. He is sweetness personified. I loved reading about the relationship between Ezog and Tryg and seeing Lydia open her heart to him despite the shock of Tryg trickery and Ezog’s less than perfect exterior.
This is a sweet story filled with heat and a lot of naughtiness. And so much fun.

Absolutely delicious treat for this holiday season, I loved seeing another facet of Orc Mountain and the Orc Sworn world and having older characters finding love

I reread this story after its public release this Christmas and this review covers everything INCLUDING the bonus epilogue which is brand new for this year, available on Finley’s site I’ll admit last year when I read it I was torn over Sigtryggr’s actions, the extra epilogue kissed everything all better
