This was so sweet!! I’m also an eldest daughter, so I felt Darcy HARD. I thought the astrology stuff was really cool too. The end did feel a bit rushed, but I’m looking forward to reading the next books in the series!

Kicking my feet and giggling cute, if not a bit simplistic.
The Pride and Prejudice is spelled out for you a few chapters in, and I felt dumb for not noticing the names "Darcy" and "Elle".

They dropped the fake dating a bit fast for me, thought there would be a bit more forced proximity

Yay women in STEM

i love the fake dating trope that turns into a real relationship and the book could've been simple. but they made it sooo complicated. i still like this book tho. i enjoyed reading it but the last part of the book is so annoying, but understandable.

A light romcom that has all the makings of something I should love, but that mostly fell a little flat for me.

The two leads didn’t quite have enough chemistry to make the story sing, or to make me believe in their heart-racing connection with one another. It also felt like some of the aspects and goals of the characters were dropped halfway through, and never saw a resolution.

It was an enjoyable, light read, but not one that I can see myself picking up a second time, or thinking about a week from now.
