I loved the first book, an easy five star, but somehow this one just didn't hit in the same way and I found myself bored or losing the thread of the plot. There were a lot of extraneous characters and tangents and it didn't grasp my attention in the same way, and I wanted it to be so much creepier and more tense than it was.

Another satisfying entry in what has become The Boogeyman series. This time around Richard Chizmar finds himself again at the center of a murder spree and even though the killer from the first book was caught, it looks like someone is copying him.
Plenty creepy and the pictures inside of the victims and locations really add to the realism of the story. Looking forward to the next one.
