Well written and straight to the point. I dog eared or underlined just about every page. So many useful takeaways for new managers and those looking to transition into management.

This book made me want to gouge my eyes out and wasn’t very helpful?? I guess it made me understand how my managers think better

If you're new to being a manager, including leading big teams or small teams, I think this book is perfect. The concepts are explained in a reasonable and clear way that kind of gives you the ability to take it away and implement it. There's a couple questions that she asked about your managing style and your team and it really does help you kind of think of what you could do better, As a manager. This book is very introductory, so if you've been managing for a while, you may not find as much worth out of it. But it was a really good read, really clear concepts and I felt like this book didn't talk down to you. It was very informative which was great
