James was disturbing, upsetting, inspiring, and enlightening. What a horrible misadventure for poor Jim, Huck, and every slave they met along the way. Jim shared some extremely profound thoughts that truly made me think, but also made me more and more ashamed of our country's history in the slave industry. Yikes.
