I think this falls somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for me and I can’t actually believe I’m typing this 😂
This is one of my self-destructing books, one of the books I’m giving a chance this year.
It’s quite a typical small town romance with a very typical third act break up  and at the end.. a happy ending and an epilogue
Regardless of that, I enjoyed it.
It’s not my typical genre but nonetheless I didn’t hate it.

Travis 1000% redeemed himself. Haven & Easton story and growth made me teared up. Addiction and family struggles always get me.
Clawdia is the best cat name!

The redemption story Travis needed

My, my. These Hale men have a way to charm you.
I disliked Travis bitterly in his brother's book but oh boy, has he redeemed himself with interest?
I just know Mia is along with Mariana Zapata on the list of my cozy/ fav romance authors who can make me fall in love with not only their heart-wrenching MCs but also their FMCs, the side characters, the writing, the plot, and everything that their books have to give.
