It’s the “okay” we received from the author when Lisbeth

has sex with a random 16 year old boy in Grenada. There are literally no consequences or “reasoning” for her actions other than it gave her an ego boost since this was the 1st person she had been with after her breast augmentation.

Every time I’d read a new page or a new chapter, my mind kept coming back to that and I became really disconnected to her as a character. Lisbeth abhors people (read: men) who act in this way, but we’re supposed to let it slide because of the way she looks to other people.
