This book… THIS. BOOK.This isn’t just a sequel, it’s a full blown emotional rollercoaster that absolutely wrecked me in the best way. I’m giving it 10 stars because five just isn’t enough. Everything about this book was perfection: the character growth, the world expansion, the slow-burn romance that had me screaming... yeah, it gave everything.
Feyre really comes into her own in this one. She’s stronger, bolder, and finally starting to realize her worth. Watching her go through that kind of transformation was so powerful and don’t even get me started on the new characters introduced in this book… they were all so well written and added so much depth to the story.
This book has everything I love, romance, adventure, tension, magic, healing, found family… it’s literally the full package. I laughed, I cried, I wanted to throw the book (in a good way), and I didn’t want it to end. If you thought ACOTAR was good, just wait, this one takes things to a whole new level.

I can understand now why people kept on saying that this was the best book in this series. I stand with Feysand and their romantic development, but I hate that I couldn't connect with other characters as I had hoped I would, given that this was the second book. Amren, maybe, but not the others. Such a great love letter to healing, Feyre. You've been through a lot. You too, Rhysand.
